Proposal on gas agency system

THE GOAL OF OUR PROJECT:

                              The goal of our project is to provide facility to remote areas home users which uses gas for home useage purposes.it provides the connection of new gas and refill. It also exchanges the full refill instead of empty refill. For that it has to provide some information that the existing system is working on it. The customer information having such information like customer name, customer address, phone number or the other contact no and it also give one id as a customer by that the data can enter in that we refer that customer have many refill when it issue. The other information of the stock related item. By that we can know how many things we have? How many given? Etc.

The last information that we collect is the booking statements that customer name when it order for another refill etc

The domain of our project gas agency system consists of the main entities or we can call it super type entities as well. Which are given below.

1. Purchase Gas:

This is one of the super type entity of the gas agency system which contain following sub type entities

Company name :(this sub type entity will contain the name of the company from which the gas agency purchase gas or having any deal with them)

Types of cylinder and connection (this sub type entity contain the information about the filling cylinders which can be either big cylinders or small cylinders and gas connection)

Bill (this sub type entity contains information about the gas agency that purchases gas from company)

Payment :(gas agency pays his bill according to the singed agreement with the company e.g company give discount when gas agency purchase three dozen cylinders)

2.Stock record

This super type entity contain information about the stocks of the gas agency

That how much remaining gas stock gas agency has?

Its sub type entity is given below.

Refilling cylinders (this sub type entity gives information to the gas agency about the empty cylinders which gas agency refill again)

3.selling gas

This super type entity contains information about the selling of gas this super type entity contains the following sub type entities.

i) Type of connection :( This contains the information about the connection which gas agency give to the home users)

Type of connection has following sub types

Check requirement of home connection :( connection security fee is required for home gas connection)

New connection :( after submitting connection security fee gas connection is provided)

Payment :( monthly bill payment is paid by customer every month)

Late payment: (connection will be disabled if bill is not paid on time)

ii) Types of cylinder: (this information tells about the type and size of the cylinder)

Bill :( customer pays bill after filling cylinder according to amount of gas)

Payment: (customer pays bill according to per kg gas)

This project is the outcome of our combine efforts. We have taken some help and useful ideas from the internet as our teacher instructed us.

Land marks:

This project of the gas agency system is designed for providing gas facilities to small towns or we can say a city it’s not a designed for a multinational serving purposes. Therefore landmarks a limited up to a small town or may be a small city.
